If all the comments have been solved the task can proceed to implementation/ Validation column note: After the review, the task return on Ongoing. The task owner has produced the outcome previewed in the task description.Ī team member reviews the outcome of the task writing comments for clarifications and corrections. The objective is to have a first validation of the work done The outcome has been finished and correspond to the one defined in the description of the task and it is ready to be reviewed. The owner of the task starts to produce the outcome (code/documentation) A task enters in this column when what output to produce is clear and the owner starts to produce it.
